THE CHARITYFUSION PROCESS
Once you are a member you can select, add or change your benefitting organizations at any time. We send donations at the end of every quarter, so make sure your organizations are set before then.
Whenever you shop online, just remember to start out at our Online Mall or make sure that you have downloaded the CharityFusion Plug-in (you only have to download once on each computer you use).
At the Online Mall you can browse through tons of categories, choose a merchant, click and shop. When you enter the merchant's site through our Online Mall, the merchant will recognize you as a CharityFusion member, and your purchases will generate donations that will be credited to your account (you can view this information in the "My Account" page on the CharityFusion site). It's that simple.
THE CHARITYFUSION PLUG-IN:
To make sure you never miss out on a donation, you should download the CharityFusion Plug-in during the sign-up process or from the "My Account" page. This is a browser plug-in that is completely safe for your computer.
If you choose not to shop at the CharityFusion.com Online Mall, and just go directly to a merchant's site by typing the address in your browser, the CharityFusion Plug-in will make sure you are recognized as a CharityFusion member.
For example, if you want to shop at Joeshoeshop.com, and you forget to enter it via the Online Mall, you can just type in Joeshoeshop.com in your browser and as long as it is a CharityFusion Merchant Partner, the Plug-in will make sure you receive your donations.
Note: If you do not download the CharityFusion Plug-in, you must start your shopping at the CharityFusion.com Online Mall in order to generate donations for your cause.
